Kyle Kindred

Kyle provides legal insight on complex real estate transactions, including due diligence, compliance, and research. He assists clients in the acquisition, sale, financing, and development of large-scale commercial, residential, industrial, and agricultural real property developments.

Prior to joining Holland & Hart, Kyle was a Legal Intern as well as a 2L and 3L Summer Associate for a Washington-based law firm in Eastern Washington and Northern Idaho.

Lance Hough

Lance is a seasoned attorney focusing his practice on construction law and project development. He assists project owners, contractors, and subcontractors with various matters, including contracts, licensing, change orders, delays, preserving claims, and mechanics’ liens, among others. He has experience in mediation, arbitration, state trial and appellate courts, and federal district courts, including all aspects of litigation through trial, particularly in relation to construction disputes and real estate disputes.

Prior to joining Holland & Hart, Lance practiced at boutique law firms in Arizona and New Mexico, focusing on a range of legal issues including project development, construction, real estate disputes, landlord-tenant disputes, land use, oil and gas compliance, and environmental compliance.

Lance is admitted to practice only in Arizona and New Mexico; not admitted to practice in Idaho.

Tayler Tibbitts

Tayler Tibbitts is a real estate attorney who has cut his teeth in the title and escrow realm for the last decade. He attended college at BYU-Idaho where he majored in accounting and then attended law school at the University of Virginia. He currently serves as VP of major projects at Fidelity National Title and operates his own law firm, TW Tibbitts, Attorney at Law. He and his wife Kayla have five children and love exploring the Idaho backcountry together.
