Competition Format

Assemble Your Team

Students form teams of 3 to 5 members, representing a hypothetical national commercial real estate development firm.
Competition materials will be transmitted to the teams on Friday, October 2, 2026.
Conceptualize the Project

Conduct a comprehensive project analysis, definition and program, establish a strategic asset management plan, and design a well-structured exit strategy.
Q&A with Krisjan Hiner, WSP, on Friday, October 9, 2026.
Present

Deliver an in-person presentation of the project to the judging panel, with the objective of securing financing and addressing any questions.
Live presentations will be in Boise, Idaho on Saturday, November 7, 2026.
