Principal BOMA Idaho Members: Come meet and mingle with the future leaders in our industry.

This event is a great opportunity for BOMA Idaho Principal Members to meet and socialize with the students participating in the 2025 Commercial Real Estate Development Case Competition.

This year’s teams are comprised of students studying business, finance, marketing, economics, and civil engineering.

This event is free for Principal Members and open to sponsors of the event.

The Annual BOMA Idaho Commercial Real Estate Development Case Competition challenges college students to analyze and present a hypothetical commercial real estate project on a real site. Participants demonstrate their ability to tackle real-world issues, apply financial and market analysis, and propose innovative strategies to enhance the development’s value and sustainability.
