This award is to recognize a new apartment building, condominiums, townhouses, or mixed-use development substantially completed in 2025.
A “mixed-use” development is defined as a project that incorporates more than one use or purpose within a single building or integrated site. These developments may combine residential, office, retail, medical, recreational, and/or other commercial uses.
Nomination Requirements
A nominated project must be built in Idaho and be substantially completed in 2025.
There is no limit to the number of nominations to be submitted by each firm or person. If multiple submissions are received for a single project, the first one received will be considered.
Do not use abbreviations.
